USB 802.11n upgradable?

2 replies 19 views Edited Dec 14, 2007
I have a 60gig PS3 with built in wireless.  I know its 802.11g, but my questions is, if I buy a USB 802.11n adapter, http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8009077&type=product&productCategoryId=pcmcat937000500..., and plug it into the PS3 is there a way to get it to use the adapter instead of the built in?  Does anybody know or has anybody tried this?

you really cant have a usb upgrade, the ps3 will go, what the hell is that, and not do anything. I have a wireless N, just go to the internet settings and set the signal to output a mixed connection of b/g/n
