Well, my dad had to call his credit card company and from there he took care of it, so I guess it really was them who gave back the money.

And Sony just basically tracked down the IP and MAC address and banned him.  The idiot has been messaging me since through email, I guess he got banned for a long time.  He got the error message (8002A227) which I've heard his permanent.  But I have little sympathy for him, what he did was dumb and he got what he deserved.
