My brothers friend has a 360...... and he was playing halo 3 online. Well he accidently killed one of his teammates, who happened to be like one of the five top best in multiplayer stats. He apologized, but the guy was so angry he complained to microsoft and they banned him from going online.

Yeah I know microsoft sux but there has to be more to it then that. Teamkilling happens all the time on accident and if you only do it once as a joke then big whoop. The people who oversee game stats whould not have the authority to prevent someone from going online. LEts see take his money for the online service or ban him because some gamer said " he team killed me" and not get his money. Microsft cares about its business not its users( even if they have top stats; I guess unless they work for MS)Your friend is only telling you a limited part of the story so he doesn't seem like such a tard for what he really did.
