see my parents are divorced but i have a ps3 at my moms and at my dads but doi still get psn+ in both?

If you use the same account on both systems you shouldn't have a problem.

It's linked to your account, not to the individual system.

Its not strictly game sharing because game sharing isn't allowed & can get you banned, but yes if you log in on the same account with the same ID etc you should be able to use it.
