Not likely to be anytime soon. From what I've heard Sony has no interest in monitoring all the potentially p.o.r.n.ographic/racist/religious/etc. images that are going to be favored by some of the gaming community.

This is the sad truth. It's not Sonys fault but the users. If Sony were to enable such a feature, many of the community would abuse it for no legitimate or logical reason and it would have to be cut out.
