Account Issues.

3 replies 124 views Edited Aug 14, 2010

Well, I reformatted my PS3, and well, obviously that deletes everything on it. When I did so, I tried to get my account back and apparently the password was wrong. I went to "Forgot Password" and it told me to enter a date of birth.

This account was originally going to be my friends, but he said nevermind. So, I decided to make it as like a back-up account. Doing so, I made the account. But the problem is, I don't remember the date of birth I set for it, seeing as I changed it after my friend said he didn't want it anymore. Now, I was wondering if there was any way other than calling Sony to get my account back. The reason I don't want to call Sony is because I'm only 13, so I don't think I'm really going to get support. If I'm wrong, please tell me.

Lie about your age , i'm sure that as long as you've started puberty then they won't be able to tell whether your 18 or not

Call Sony. They would normally help you out or your mum/dad/guardian could give them a call. You should be able to get the account back.
