wrong purchase

hi. 

unfortunately i bought a wrong platform game hat i don't have, is it possible to get a refund in psn ?  

pes2013 _ is the one that i bought.  but after i trried to run it in my ps3 , i kew that the game is based on the psp that i dont have.  

i will wait for your kind, generous answer.

 

my order number is  4458399342 , 

and i will let you know if you need my online id , or email address that i logged on psn.

Sorry but all purchases from the PS Store are classed as final & generally no refunds are given.

 

Having said that you can contact Sony customer support & ask them to submit a refund request on your behalf, but there are no guarantees though, just so you know.
