what are good connection speeds , i mean quick

i download at 19 mps an upload at 3 mbps is that fast and if not how do i make it faster

You have good internet speeds. Im around 20mb Downloadand about 4mb Upload. If your abit laggy at times try adding Ports to your router and have a Static IP for your PS3.:smileyhappy:
