wanna get my account back

A week ago, I made a new ID , then immediately I subscribed to PS Plus for a year and put 20$ in my wallet, once I signed in a week after, a message has been appeared " your access to Sony Entertainment Network has been banned or temporarily suspended " then after 24 I got an email which it says that my account has been banned permanently.

But I swear that I didn't do anything wrong ( hack, cheat...etc )

The question is, Can I get my account back and how ?

SONY does not issue permanent bans without a reason, and the reason in your case is only known to them.

 

You can try to contact customer service by clicking on "Contacting Support" in the lower left of any forum page, but the general consensus is that you'll be fighting an uphill battle.

As vfr has correctly said bans, especially permanent ones are not issued lightly, nor are they issued without reason or without Sony first having investigated the issues behind their actions, I know you're not currently aware of what it is you have done wrong, but you will be soon once you receive an email explaining the reason/length of the ban, trust me, they'll likely be a very good reason for this. 

Can you get it back, if it's a perma-ban then no, sorry you will not.

I would call Sony and discuss your case with a customer representative. The email that states you are banned permanently should ahve stated a reason. If nothing else call and see if they can give you a reason.

 

Did you do any charge backs or report a credit card stolen?
