the new update 4.31 hey really massed up my playstation3 it is a 160gb and it is not letting me on the playstation network at all it needs fixed asap because none of my moives are working or games im not to happy right now

More info needed.

 

What happens when you try to sign in to the PSN?  Do you get an error code?  Does the PS3 shut off? Does your screen go blank?
