i bought GTA V disc not pre-ordered it .. and when i try to type the code which came with it .. it keeps giving me the following message " the code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid "

Hey adol-red-devils. If I may ask, which region are you from and which region did you buy your disc? If your PSN account is not the same as that of the disc, your pre-order DLC will not work. Your only solution is to get the proper region disc that matches your PSN account.

you mean .. if i got European disc and my account was american that will not work?

Correct. Your DLC must match the region. So if you have a EU account you must have a EU disc for the DLC to work.
