sonic & all-stars racing transformed Unbuyable on PSN

sonic & all-stars racing transformed sits on the store tempting me but is labelled "Disc only" and is unable to be bought. The PSN website implies that it is, but i've been checking everyday for the last week and its still labelled "Disc only"

 

When will it be available to digital distribution?
