My dad set my playstation network so content was unblocked, but when I tried to access the online features it said I was not old enough. Please help!
Welcome to the PlayStation Community.
I don't know your age but I do know that Skate 3 is rated 'T' for Teen, have your Father look at the age-restriction settings too to see if he missed something, otherwise it'll be in the network settings where your Father originaly was, maybe he missed something, come back to us here if you can't get it sorted out.

Playstation Network online games can restrict online play based on your age. Online interaction is not rated by the ESRB, so the 'T' rating only refers to the single-player game. The online multi-player can be, and sometimes is, restricted to higher ages. There is nothing that your father can do about that. The publisher of the game decides what the minimum age for online play is.
Kudos for using your actual age, I wish Call of Duty would enforce an 18+ age restriction.
The bad thing is you can't promote your account once you turn 18. So ppl that use their actual age like me are punished for no reason. Hopefully once the PS4 launches Sony will change this and let ppl promote their PSN accounts.
