I do know that in the past when I've gotten errors like this, its usually when they are in the process of updating the store as we are signing on, so I have waited it out and usually got signed on later without any errors.
Same here. User/Pass are accepted but as soon as I'm logged in I get this message (Virginia, USA). Anyone have an email address for support? I really don't want to sit in a phone queue for an hour trying to resolve this.
