I a very upset. I went to get in on the beta and it never loaded my code to redeem. I was under the assumption it would automatically send an e-mail when I got in on the beta but I recieved nothing and now I can't go back in and see the beta key even though I got credit for it in the E3 app. There is no way to contact anyone about this and I am about to lose my freaking mind. I have signed up for this beta countless times and have been a loyal ps plus member from the beginning. If this is how Sony treats it's loyal customers then i'm done.

I understand your frustration but you really aren't missing much. All but one of the games constantly freeze within a matter of minutes. That's if they even start in the first place. Have you tried signing up for it with different accounts and using that code? The app works with all accounts on your system.
