I'm having exactly the same issue! Tried to buy battlefield 3 premium and it says my billing info is incorrect. Not true. Not only did I use the same card to buy something in oct, but I double checked all the info. Tried adding funds through PSN but now message reads could not add funds to your wallet! It's not my billing info or the card itself, it has more than enough on it to cover the cost. It MUST be a Sony issue. Does anyone know if they have even acknowledged the issue, or have people working on a fix?? It seems ridiculous they've launched a new store, but people are unable to buy anything on it!!!!

i agree, its so f-ing dumb on there part , who releses a new product and doesnt realize that the most important part isnt even working. and the worst part is they still havent fixed it . like **bleep** sony i need to buy s**t please fix this

I am also having this issue. I was trying to preorder, but how am I supposed to do this if I cannot add funds. No problem purchasing items yesterday. I called my credit card company and everything is fine on that end.

Ok this is pissing me off...I don't play a lot on ps3 and when I try this happens that does not make me wanna spent my money in this just work to keep your **bleep** products working like there suppose to that's why you get pay I want to give you my money and this is what I get soooo not happy with this !!

Yea it is super frustrating. I even tried with someone else's card. I called chase just to verify that the info was correct. Then I waited two days to check again. I'm trying to give them money **bleep** is the problem. I needsta play my borderlands two DLCs!!

Had the same problem, pain in the **bleep**, Sony really letting themselves down on this, but I got sorted, go online and top up your wallet through PayPal.
