I'm having the same issue. Everything is 100% correct, but they won't accept my card.

Here is a thread on this issue with a larger discussion:

Re: "Please enter a valid credit card number"

Hello,

I have been having the same trouble and recently went to look at the credit card info online and realized my APT# was on address line 1 and my street address was on line 2.  I switched that over and everything worked no trouble.  Dont know if this will help anyone else but it worked for my.  Just look at your credit card account and see how they have the address set up and copy that exatly.

Re: "Please enter a valid credit card number"

I just spent 30 min on the phone with PSN ech support about the credit card issue that everyone esle seems to be having. Their response was "Get a new credit card, or go buy a PSN card at a retailer." I'm sorry, but my card works JUST FINE everywhere else... So apparently my money is not good here. This leaves me just a little more than **bleep** off....

Re: "Please enter a valid credit card number"

Playstation customer support has no control whatsoever over credit card acceptance.  That decision is made way over their pay grade, and they can't make exceptions.  It doesn't matter where else your credit card works. Either you didn't match your billing information with your PSN registration, or your card just doesn't make the grade with PSN.  There is no use in complaining to customer service, much less in the forum.  You can always buy PSN cards online with your credit card.  Lots of people do that.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous to be honest. Why does it work for some people and not others? They should clearly see the problem.
