using a capital one credit card for psn, NOTHING is accepted, no matter how many different ways I enter the information, always invalid number. 

Have the card right infront of me, triple checked all information, still failing.

By the way - if you have an apartment number in your address, it looks like it expects you to have that on the first line, and your normal address on the second line

Sony is selective about what credit cards to accept.  The name and billing address for the card must exactly match the name and address in your PSN account information.  The bank must also indicate that your address is verified, meaning that it has sent postal mail to the address, and it wasn't returned as undeliverable.
