"Not Eligible" to Purchase Game I Should be Eligibl For

I have a U.S. PS+ account.

I did made sure to that I was logged in at store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com

As you can see here:

I'm logged in.

It has marked every PS+ game as "Purchased", except for three of them.

When I try to click on the Shopping cart button under Germinator:

This happens, and I just get that error message.

When I click on the image of the game to go into the page of the game:

It claims that I only have the Demo in my download list in that blue text.

When I try to purchase it by selecting the "Add To Cart" button:

I get the same error message again.

When I go into the Download List:

The games are actually there. I think.

The download list doesn't say that Germinator is a demo. This conflicts with what the game page claims as I previously showed you.

What I'm worried about now is, why do I get those error messages?

The games are on my download list, but what if they disappear due to this error?

The download list doesn't mention anything about the Pinball game being PS3 compatible. I seem to be unable to add the PS3 version to the Download list. How can I fix this?

I'm not sure what I can do now, other than asking for help/clarification.

Bumping this thread for help.

This is actually serious, and I don't want to lose the games from PS+ just because PSN had some eroor in its system.

I'm having a similar problem, but only with Rayman Origins. Any ideas?

Nevermind, I'm not. It's in my Download list (not Download Queue). Hope you figured it out or got an answer!

Same here almost a year later, did you ever find out the cause and how to fix it? I guess this is still a problem for Sony where some feedback from them on here would been nice. :mansad:

Hey there. Please be aware of dates for posts as bumping old threads is not permitted here in the forums.

That being said I'm seeing you are not from the NA region. These are the forums for the US/CA region and as such you should visit your region's support for the best assistance possible.

Also I recommend trying to power cycle your router and then using a wired connection. Sometimes using a weak internet connection can cause some odd effects on the store.

Locking this thread as it is old.
