Yeah ive been having problems too, everytime I turn on my PS3 it tries to Auto-Sign in but it fails and says theres an error and I have to retry logging in a couple times before it works and idk if Uncharted is related to the same thing but sometimes it wont connect and I have 100% Connection but other than that everything works perfectly.
I'm in KY and having the same error code... 80710092, and have been for about the last two weeks, sometimes it'll let me log on, but most of the time it won't. I can log onto the internet, but not the network. I've tried all the support suggestions, but it still fails to connect.
I got the same problem, but I don't think it is related in any way to your location (as some of you guys said). I called some of my buddies who live very close to me and they are playing online with no issues... whatever it is, I just hope it get fixed soon...
And PSN guys: I received a whole lot of advertising and crap from you, in both my PS3 and my email account... getting AT LEAST one email explaining what is going on would be awesome...
This is frustrating..certian games will not let you do certian things without being signed into the playstation network..Same code here on the West Coast...80710092..completely able to connect to the internet and purchase games yet can't log into PSN ...have been frustrated for sometime today...HELLLP
Also have the exact same problem.
A few days ago it seemed to start struggling to sign in, and sometimes i had to manually do it a couple of times before it logged into the PSN. But now, nothing works. I get the 80710092 error everytime I try and sign in now. Like others the web browser works fine... it's just the PSN that won't sign in.
Come on Sony, give us some guidance on how to fix this, or at least tell us that you're working on it !!!
