problem with wallet funds

Hi. Yesterday, i  tried to add funds to my psn wallet. The first time i tried to add 25 us dollars and the funds cant be added message popped. I have tried for four times and i kept getting the same message. The total amount of money that i tried to add was 125 us dollar (25+25+50+25). The strange thing was that despite that the funds werent added to my account, my bank notified me that my credit card was charged. This was done in my computer from your website https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-us/home and i tried to add funds through paypal. I logged on my paypal account and it says that the status of those four payments is cancelled.
 
Immediately, i called my bank and they told me that the money have been sent to you and that i should contact you to resolve this.
 
Please respond as soon as possible because i am 125$ short and we must resolve this.

P.S.       I wanted to let you know that i had, approximately, 3 us dollars at the beginning and i wanted to buy a game and after all this mix up i couldnt wait so i purchased a 50$ psn card from a local store, so the approximately 38 $ i have in my account have nothing to do with the above probem

There is a link on the lower left of this page that says "Contacting Support". They have email and phone numbers to use to get in touch with Sony custoemr Support. They can help you with your issue.

Thanks for your answer but the problem is that i cant find an email and phoning them isnt a solution because i live in Greece and that phonecall would cost me a lot.  Do you know an email i can use?

No e-mail option anymore (for some reason.)
But you can live-chat with them.

Go here.. You will be prompted to talk to a live tech, when available.



P.S. You may want to stick to purchasing items on your EU store in the future.

Mat just be me, but I wouldn't trust buying something from any other region, than the US store. (for worry of mix-ups like this.)
