Hi guys. I had a couple user accounts on my ps3. I formatted. Got one account on fine. Tried to set up second and when I put in my psn log in it said incorrect. I know I entered it good. So I put another email and it worked. Then on my original email address for that user account I got an email saying I changed to another email. Well that's not what I wanted. Anyway I go back into account info and put in my original email and log in just fine. I don't know how this works when it did not before. I put it in correct both times. But now it gives me an incorrect online ID. It says my ID IS Joe3735 when it should be joe3775.

How can I fix this? Thanks guys.

Are you sure you didn't make an error in your PSN ID?

No I didn't make any error. My is was fine. Now its different even though I never changed it. You can't even.chAnge it. Sheese stupid Sony.

I meant joe3735 is correct because you chose it & joe3775 is incorrect because you actually chose 3735 by mistake or by a typo when you wanted 3775, understand?

Yeah, I understand what you mean now.

I have Joe3775 and Joe3735 . I know I used to log in Joe3775 gmail and I d was joe3775. Well when I try to log in as Joe2775 after I create a user on my PS3 it always now says incorrect when I tell psn use an already existing account even though I know Joe3775 gmail and correct password is what I used to use.

Help please. Also how do I find out what one of my emails I used for signing in with my Joe3775 user I d? I don't see how though what wrong cus my main buggs1a account has both my Joe3775 and joe3735 user I d accounts. And I can't remember what email I used to make them.

your going to have to contact customer service to change your email address if by possible that you misenter it your going to need to provide the email address needing to be change to and serial number of your console so it can be verfiy that it was on your account before.
