Okay.  Then chances are, the card was not "activated" by the GameStop you bought it from (I believe that the cards need to be activated during the point of transaction to prevent people from stealing the cards).  So I would contact a GameStop, make sure you have your receipt, and let them know about this.  That's all that can be done.
