multiple online passes not working

recently my last playstation 3 went bad after the warranty expired. luckily i bought an extended protection plan at the time of purchase. i went out and bought a new playstation 33 today the uncharted bundle with the money reimbursed to me because they couldnt fix it. however i have several games that i cant use my online vouchers for. i cant afford to buy new ones and ive never shared them its saying that i have them activated on 2 playstations and need to deactivate them before i can use them on my current one. this is including the new game uncharted 3 that came with the system how can i fix this?

You can reset all of the console activations under your PSN account once every six months, either by contacting customer support, or by doing it yourself on the Sony Entertainment Network web site...
