i bought a PSN CARD Tonight i cant add funds to my wallet though my ps3 or the web site  why is that ??  someone please HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the PS3 are you trying to redeem in store or under account management? Are you getting any messages or error codes? More info please.

26  VIEWS  I   get no help  from sony tech support. whats the sense of people asking for HELP When people  from sony dont help u.  i call sony on the phone they say post on fourms   but no one ever gets back to me.    SONY get ur act tofether snd starting help customers on these fourms im a loyal customer veru unhappy with the customer support i get on here

All it's saying is "An error has occured"? No code number? Are you sure the card is activated? Are you certain you're entering the code correctly? 1s can look like ls and Os can look like 0s and so on. Have you tried to redeem it thru qriocity.com?
