how can i change my playstation account password from my computer

ok i just moved out of my old appartment and my old roommate still has my account logged into his playstation. so what i want to do is change my password from my computer. he is messing up my all my account info and friends list. and not to  mention my beloveed combat record  on black ops.  if there is anything you can do to help i would greatly appreciate it !!!!

I think there's a chance that you can do it here on the playstation site.

First go up to the top where your username and picture are, scroll down and click on account settings, then it'll take you to another page, once you're on that page there'll be a big red button that says "manage account" click it and it'll take you to another page, and then you can edit your shit from there.

Unless it says "Under maintenance"  then you're screwed because the page won't work.

Go to qriocity.com and change your password.

If his PS3 is activated to your PSN ID, you won't be able to deactivate it without going to his PS3 and manually deactivating it, but at least you'll be able to change your password and lock him out of any further changes.
