I was still trying to help you there. You say you tried every fix. What did you try? Did you power cycle your modem and router? What are you trying to download?

support looked at my upload and download speeds and they were good.

How do you power cycle your modem and router? Turn them off for about 5 minutes then turn them back on and try the download again.
