cant add funds

Hey I ve been trying to buy Mass Effect 1 for two days now. The PS store wont accept my money. Either it says an "error has occurred" when I try to order straight from the store or it says "the funds could not be added to your wallet (56)". Whats going on? Is anyone else having this issue?

Search says.......wait for it....... YES!

 

There are a bunch of threads about the same error code 56.  Gotta be frustrating.  SONY definitely has a problem with their system.
