Wrong PSN Email

2 replies 159 views Edited Dec 22, 2013

So, im in a bit of a predicament. A while ago I helped my friend create a psn account. However, he accidentally used .com in his email rather than .net and he forgot his password. So now he can't recover it. What should to do?

He should create that email with .com in it and I think it'll allow him to answer the Security questions and get Sony to send him an e-mail to that to change his password.
