Why does PSN keep telling me my credit card information is invalid?

I enter all my information in correctly, and i had been using the same card before the issue with PSN. Now it refuses to accept the information, and just keep telling me invalid information please check carefully.

Was the credit card recently updated with a new one because the other had expired?, if not then yes check & double check your information, the number, security code, address etc, it has to be "exaclty" as appears on your billing address.
