On 11/29, the redeem code function on the PS store was disabled and we were given an update the next morning saying they were still working on a fix and don't have an update yet. Well, it's been almost two days since then and some of us have been diligently checking to see if we are yet able to download a game we paid for days ago on Amazon or a similar website. We understand if you are still working on a fix and still unsure when we will be able to finally download the game(s) we paid for but we still need daily updates when a feature like this is disabled.
I agree 100%, I had some $20 PSN vouchers that I could not redeem on the PS3, but I was able to without issue on the PS4, this does not help my inability to redeem PS3 download content though, which is a little frustrating. This issue SHOULD still be listed under PSN on the support section, but it has been updated to "online" and I still can't redeem on the PS3.
This is a joke, no updates for three days, unable to return codes to retailers, when what they should be doing is providing physical games for those that are waiting. Give us an answer , an update, anything.... This is a big sign of things to come with Sony being unable to build out their cloud infrastructure to support the next generation systems. It will take years to get right and I personally will not be waiting for it. Ps1-PS3 it's the end of a great run, but these issues AND poor customer service are what kills loyalty

Go to "Account Management" on your PS3.
Then go to "Redeem Codes"
Redeem the code and that it.
what about ps4?
Eh i don't know since i don't have a PS4 but do they have something like that? it could work as well.
