Videos that I had bought

i had bought some videos in hd & sd and i had cancelled them and now i can only download the sd video were they only one time downloads or did i do something wrong i spent a little over 20$ that could have used on something else

Videos are always one-time downloads.  If you buy the HD and SD bundle, then you can download each one time.
