Roger that, been there before.  You can call tech support 1 800 345 7669 but it's the weekend and you may get someone who has no clue. 

 

Lately I've had to call a few times and it sounds like I'm a calling a prison or something, with all the sound in background, weird.

HOME AS BEEN ACTING CRAZY SINCE MARCH OF THIS YEAR . IM A COMPUTER TECK FOR THE GOV OF CANADA. WHAT IS HAPPENING IN HOME REMINDS ME OF A SEARCH COOKIES IN A PC. THERE MORE YOU HAVE THEM THE MORE IT SLOWS DOWN TO THE POINT YOU START FREEZING.

 

SO YES I THINK THERES A VIRUS IN THERE SERVERS AND THEY HAVE TO DO A MAJOR MAINTENANCE TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.

What Torag is saying works. I believe it might have been CMC, that first gave up this tip.

 

After you make your purchases, wait until the Arrow goes away ; the WWW will continue to spin.

Quit Home, and then resign back on. I tried this three times, and my pruchases were all present and accounted for Smiley Happy

 

So, instead of a 20 minute Validation, I spent 6 minutes getting back on Home.

If this trick ever stops working, and they have not fixed the "take a long nap Validation",

I will never buy another thing on Home.

 

Never.
