Transfer Wallet funds

I was wondering if you could transfer the funds in my wallet for UnlivingRensing to my other account, RedDeadObsessed so the Unliving account can be closed.

The UnlivingRensing is linked to rensing@cogeco.ca, this is how I'm currently logged in, and the RedDeadObsessed account is connected to rensing@me.com

No.  Sony's policy is to never transfer PSN wallet funds from one account to another.  I don't think that PSN even has a transfer function for support to use.  Support would have to do it manually by debiting one account, and crediting the other, but they are not allowed to do that. You would have to request that by phone anyway.  It won't be done online, even if  they did make an exception.
