Sorry but no, a Sub-Account cannot be changed to a Master Account.

As for your other question, no Sony employees do not read nor respond to questions posted on these Forums, the only responses you'll receive will be from other PlayStation users like myself.

There is a petition going on about this situation. This problem has been going on for a long time and if you want to get fix, the petition could help us. The petition is located on change.org. There is more info on the website. Please check it out if your interested.

Once there, type in the search box "psn sub account" and you'll see it.

I may be wrong , But could you not log into the sub account & deactivate, Then log into Master account & deactivate then delete the 2 user accounts & create a Master account with the sub account info & reactivate it as master??
