Spend $60 in October and get $10 in November problem!

Ok, so I decided to spend $60 in October on all the games I've been wanting to get over this past year like Outland and Chime. Might as well since there was the "get $10 back" in November deal going on. Unfortunately I have not received the promised $10. I got an email saying that it was available to me and that it should be in a message in my inbox. Only I never received any vouchers or anything like that in my inbox...

Is anyone else having this issue? Should I wait until the end of November (even though it was said that it should arrive no later than the 15th) or simply call Sony's customer service now?

If it is overdue, then you should call customer service now.
