Two weeks and I'm still out $13 because of the "free" games. What the **bleep** is going on?

I did and I got the same old "All digital sales are final I can put in a refund request that'll take 1-3 weeks you're screwed we stole your money deal with it" response everyone else got. And considering that Morgan Haro said everyone should have gotten a message for the refund 3 or 4 days ago, I want to know what the hell is going on.

But did you put in the refund request?
If you really want you money back it shouldnt matter how long they take as long as it finds its way in your wallet.

The message to affected users should have gone out to everyone. Please check your XMB Messages to ensure you've received the following message:
