So...Account has been derped, to 100%

2 replies 40 views Edited Sep 10, 2011

By derp, I mean violated with a hammer full of ban.  Anywho, lets keep this over-used topic short but incredibely full of rage, shame and tears, mainly shame.

Yes, I know it's banned I can't log on the PSN site as well

Yes, I can't log on my PS3 either

Yes, I totally spent 900+ hours of online gaming on it within a few months.

Yes, I like the color red.

So, I'm presuming the PSN staff, enjoy not defining the reason of the ban, by not contacting the person with the terminated account. Instead they're like, "Here, have a present, it's on the house." If you deny it, they give it to you anyways. It's similiar to rape.

If you don't like stories, ignore the green

Dad is drunk and stupid...

Internet bill not paid...

blah blah blah...

2 months without net.

Then all of the sudden I log onto PSN, and it's all like, "Here, may I annoy you?"

------------Note to trolls, PLEASE, troll, I need food.

----------- Hyphen win.

----------- Unintelligent, incompetent bigots, just don't even bother to post.

----------- Incoherent idiots, same rule applies.

Does anyone think that they should at least be informed of the all mighty reason of a ban?

Also why does the customer support suddenly not exist when I give them a email about this? ( No, they don't hate me, shup).

I totally forgot the question input part. Is there any customer support method that actually gets a nice reply? (Besides phone).

Note: Name can slightly offend someone :/

Only if you take the internet for real :3

You will receive an email within 48 hours of any ban/suspension, this email will be sent to the email address regsitered against the PSN ID, it will explain the reason & length of any ban/suspension.

If for some reason you do/have not recieve(d) your email then I suggest you contact Sony by email/telephone.
