The PSN will only allow you to use your PSN ID on 5 PS3's at ANY GIVEN TIME.

you may have exceeded that and the only solution is to deactivate your PSN ID on some of your other friends systems or even call Sony customer service and have them remove them from a older system you MAY have had before (just provide your current systems serial# and request ALL OTHER PSN ID;s be removed from any system that does NOT mach your current systems serial#.

NOW...

IF you have not used your PSN ID on 5 different systems then try making sure you are entering the CORRECT login information.

TRIPLE CHECK YOUR:

Login web address: check spelling, capitalization (is the caps lock on if using a keyboard?) this IS case sensitive

Password: are you SURE you are entering it correctly? (this is also case sensitive)

if you STILL can't get it to work CALL SONY's customer service.
