Ok, so I've been trying to redeem a PlayStation Plus 3 month subscription but have had no luck with it. I keep getting the error 80023102 and I have tried my debit,credit, and my moms credit card but no dice. I get all the way where it says to check the health warning and click continue before getting the error. I already emailed Sony but they told me to wait 72 hours :/

So I'm turning here for help.

Yea, but still nothing. This is the first time I even try using Plus.

Well the network is still down so I'd recommend waiting more. Here's a link to check the status of PSN. When it's up try again.

It's still down? I thought it was up since I was able to get on the store, anyways thanks for the answer I'll keep waiting then.
