Tonight as I was going over my checking account I noticed a pending transaction. Being curious I decided to check what was pending. A charge from the playstation network for 10 dollars. I found this fascinating since I haven't purchased anything from the psn in weeks. So I logged into psn checked my funds. They were the same as the last time I checked. My last download transaction was 8/9/12. I just want to know who is taking my money and why.. Thanks to any responses....................................Kill the body the head will die.
yes please do explain because this happend to me last week and caused me to overdraft and then im out of 180 dollars because you guys cant take money like normal ppl in 3 to 4 day instead you wait a month and a half. AND YOU DID IT TO ME AGAIN THIS MORNING YOU **bleep** DUETCH BAGS
some thing happened to me. I was charged 64.99 at 3 am (when i was sleeping). Trying to contact Sony now. **bleep**. I have not bought something on PSN in like over a month and they charged me a random 64.00 2 nights ago
This just happened to me too. Why doesnt SONY have a resolution center for this? They get hacked and lose credit cards and then I get mysterious charges. It looks terrible, it looks like SONY is willfully negligent when it comes to your personal information and support. Someone from SONY needs to comment on this thread.
I just got off the phone with PSN. They blamed me. Said it was a delayed charge and that they may or may not refund my account (some **bleep** about the EULA) and that even if they did it would take 30 to 45 days to get my money back.
When do I call the feds and charge sony with bank fraud?
