Hey,
I am having some trouble trying to connect to the PSN (wired connection),
So i am in Student accommodation, today i figured out how i could connect to the psn (had to log into the uni's network via the web browser), i played online fine,
but after turning it off then on again i am unable to connect to PSN and it tells me to check my Internet settings, under the IP address it says: "(private networks only)", i use to get this all the time when i was connected to my home wireless connection and all i had to do is restart my router, but as i am connected to a network, i am unable to restart the router,
Can anybody help me?
thanks.

ok,
i tried to make a new connection manually typing the IP address in , hoping that it will work, but every time i do i get a DNS error and the default router goes to 0.0.0.0 (i am putting in the default gateway number is that right?) the error i get is 80710102
and the primary dns is: 208.67.222.222
and the secondary is: 208.67.220.220
subnet mask is: 255.255.0.0
im getting realy annoyed now :'(
