Previously bought games, now missing from Download list

I was just downloading my PSP, PSV, and PS1 games to load onto my Vita, and I noticed that some of the games that I've bought, aren't on the download list.
I searched for them manually, and it acts like I haven't bought them yet. The ones I've noticed so far are NiGHTS into Dreams and Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix.

These are both still installed on my console. Why were they suddenly unactivated, and what do I need to do to get them re-activated?
