The Playstation Store doesn't take requests.  It is up to the publisher of the game to decide to offer a game in the Playstation Store, or have it certified on the Vita. PS2 Classics are PS3 games, and will not run on the Vita.  A PS2 Classic for the Vita would be a completely different product that Sony probably does not have in plan.
