There is a movie on the ps store that I was going to rent called Berlin Job. Usually the SD rental price and the HD rental price are $1.00 apart. ( normally $4.99 for the SD and $5.99 for the HD) For 3 weeks the rental price for the HD version of this movie has been listed as $15.99 while the rental price for the SD version has been listed at the normal price of $4.99. The purchase prices for this movie are $14.99 for SD and $21.99 for HD. It is quite obvious that whoever entered the price for renting the HD version made a mistake by adding the 1 in front of the 5.99, but it has not been fixed for more than 3 weeks. That is 3 tuesday updates and at least one scheduled maintanence ago. I tried contacting chat to get this fixed since I want to rent this movie, but from the response I got ( we'll have to wait until next Tuesday to see if the maintenance that was performed today will fix it??) I am pretty sure nothing is going to be done to correct this error. Is there any way thata person can contact Sony about this and talk to someone actually connected to the department that is responsible for the PS store?
