Playstation Network

I've got a PSN account that I created way back at 2011 or so, maybe even earlier. Anyway, I wish to disable or delete that account so I could use the email I've registered it with as a sub account on our family PS4 via the parental controls. Is there anyway to do that? because every time I try using the email I've used on PS3 it says that It's already associated with a PSN account..

so, simply:

- delete old PSN account
- use the old account's email as a sub account on our family PS4

Is there a way to do it?

You can't delete a PSN account. But, you can login with that ID and change the e-mail required to something else.
