Playstation Home Error, Customer Service:--Too bad you lost your Money.....

Today in Playstation home in the "Casino" space, and entered a "Texas Hold 'Em" Tournament, home has been having alot of errors the last 2 days and booted me out of the game however i was still logged into "Playstation Network" and my internet was working perfectly fine before, during, and after the server error on home, well i lost my chips becaue i left the game, and didnt have the 500 chips left to enter the next game,

Called playstation customer support 855-999-SONY (7669) And the first rep basically told me too bad for you and that they arent responsible for customer service when it comes to in-game errors on the behalf of sony, was about to blow up and asked for supervisor,

Supervisor was much more helpful and actually tried to get help with accounting who went home for the day, but at least its something im waiting for the response in the next few days. point of the story is when these reps try to tell you to bad, basically you have to use your credit card and use real money to by chips do to a PSN home network error, call bullshit on them and talk to the supervisor, they will at least put in the effort to providing customer service for your loyalty and prodcucts you spend your hard errend money to make their company work!

Companys forget if they F over there customers they'll go somewhere else!

ps3 servis has said if i send 35 messages saing that if we send them saing that there trying to stop the rumer of ps3 having to pay for online and if we did we would get a 37$ to oour accont and they didint so im going tosue if they donot contact me about the money they ow me and if they dont im going to spred the rumer  and Quit  to go to Xbox

If you actually did this you can expect your own account to be banned or suspended in the near future.
