Hi, I've been trying to reset the password on the master account of my PS3. Problem is, the email account attaced to the PSN account no longer exists. So there is no way to get my new password in accordance to the patch that requires you change passwords. I've talked to Sony twice on the phone and the first email I gave was already in use with another account. I called again and gave them a new email account which Sony said they would send password reset instructions to. They told me it could take up to 14 days but here we are, edging into a fourth week. I guess I'm asking what I should do next. Call again? I don't want to because then I'll have to wait another two weeks. I need this now so I can get PlayStation Plus for my master account!
