PSN's Movies service

4 replies 93 views Edited Feb 6, 2013

I have an US PSN account and when I try to purchase a movie I get this message "There are not items that you can purchase at this time". So,  PSN's Movies service is only available within USA? (I'm in Venezuela right now).

Thanks.

Welcome to the PlayStation Community.

You reside in Venezuela, where is your PSN Account, Venezuela too?

Ok, unfortunately purchasing videos from outside of your own country/region is very difficult, if not nearly impossible, especially because you will need to be able to purchase said items with a US Credit Card or perhaos by PayPal or a USA Dollar PSN Card.

The thing is that I'm able to purchase games, DLCs, avatars from the US PSN and I don't see why I can't buy or rent a movie. I buyed PS PLUS subscription yesterday and I was able of succesfully downloading and playing the games on my PS3. I buy PSN Cards through Amazon.com and then I redeem them on my US PSN account., so I have no need of an US Credit Card. I really can't believe that I can't rent a movie using the same procedure.
