Just got off the phone with PSN support and wanted to see if others had the same problem.
Essentially, I renewed PS+ with the promotion that would give $10 purchase in the future but they did not honour it.
I used the Live Chat (which by the way was great!), which informed me to check my email & PSN message.
I was transferred to PSN support (he was great too, talking about games while we wait =)), but it seems like where Sony fails is at its supervisor / management level, which did not authorize the $10 even though PSN was not the one to honour it.
If need be, i will post screenshots of my transaction history (yes, i did check my message and email and did not receive anything about it!)
Not a happy camper right now....
Can you link the specific promo?
They usually have very specific terms and as they say, The Devil Is In The Details...
LIke, must be paid for by funds in PSN wallet, excludes, yadda yadda....
But without the specific promo to reference it is all speculation
The truth will set you free... But it may sting a bit...
You may want to get in touch with one of the support guys here on the forums. @Joystick_Warrior might be your smart choice. I've also requested that this thread get moved to PSN Support forums so that the right eyes will see it.

Hey there Windcha3er. Which promotion are you talking about? Are you talking about the Spend $60 get $10 back? Also have your checked your associated email address for your account?
Seeing a year sub is 49.99 and which you are not taxed.. You sir by the technicality of being 1 cent less than $50 you are not eligible unless you were to throw in a purchase of a small game or dlc content in the same month..
